Our pursuit of quality is never-ending process to establish the achievement of customer satisfaction. What we mean by saying “high quality” is not only to supply high reliable products to our customers, but to offer the engineering know-how that we have accumulated to fulfill various needs required by our customers. Our quality management is to ensure that all the activities necessary to design, develop, manufacture and implement products are effective and efficient with respect to the system and its performance.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
Since the beginning of our company in 1991, we have considered our customers as our most important asset and have therefore given top priority to providing customer-oriented products and services. This philosophy leads us to improve our products from customer’s viewpoint. Our ultimate value and goal is “customer satisfaction” In line with this belief, CCO (Chief Customer Officer) has been working to more enhance customer satisfaction.
TECHNOLOGY INNOVATION
We do not wait for our customers to provide directions, but instead lead them by anticipating and acting on their needs before they tell us. To that end, we have persistently pursued innovation and overcome the limits of existing technology in process flow controls. Our engineers in R&D center design new products with our customers and adopt new technology to let our customers get more cost-efficient products at the high quality level.
LARGE INVENTORIES
We maintain sufficiently large inventories of all or semi-finished products and spare parts in most common sizes to deliver our quality products on time. We can meet customer’s urgent delivery requirements that no other manufacturers can.
